The short version

Sleeptab collects nothing. Your sleep data is read on your device and never leaves it.

Health data

With your permission, Sleeptab reads sleep records from Apple Health to calculate your sleep debt. All processing happens on your device. Your health data is never uploaded, shared, or used for anything other than showing you your own numbers. You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.

Your data

Summaries Sleeptab computes (like your nightly totals) are stored locally on your device so the app and its widget can display them. Your data never touches our servers, because we don't have any.

What we don't do

No accounts. No analytics. No ads. No third-party SDKs. No tracking of any kind. We never use Health data for marketing, and we never disclose it to third parties.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
