Where is my library?

Everything you mark as Watching, Upcoming, Watchlist, or History lives only on your device. Delete the app and it's gone; we never have it. See thePrivacy Policy.

Connecting Plex

Open Settings → Plex and sign in. Cineslate talks directly to Plex's official API to list and play titles you already own. Your Plex token is stored securely in the device Keychain and sent only to Plex.

Subtitles

Cineslate can fetch subtitles via OpenSubtitles. Connect it in Settings to pick a language per playback; subtitles are streamed on demand and not stored.

Where do posters and cast come from?

From TMDB. Cineslate makes read-only requests to their public API; no personal data is sent.
